I'm Max Dichter. I've owned nine-figure P&Ls, helped build marketplaces from zero to acquisition, and led AI, growth, and monetization strategy across B2B, B2C, subscription, and marketplace businesses.

My career includes product and digital leadership at BOLD, Frontdoor / American Home Shield, SERVIZ, and Mattel, working directly with CEOs, executive teams, and boards.

Today, I work with consulting clients in HRTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, InsurTech, and AdTech. I bring an executive perspective and a willingness to get into the work, whether that means understanding a growth problem, building an AI workflow, or rethinking how a team operates.

I'm based in Los Angeles and hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Emerson College.
